Welcome to the Yorkshire Glass Fusing Studio, where we are passionate about working with glass. For the past 15 years, we have been running workshops for anyone who wants to learn this intricate and rewarding art form. Our studio is home to a number of different courses, including taster sessions and workshops for beginners. We also cater to special group functions, such as team building events, bridal parties and birthdays. Whatever your level of experience, we are ready to help you bring out your inner artist.
With a passion for crafts and a creative eye Sarah had the opportunity to attend in 2010 the Blue Dog Glass Studios, Melbourne, Australia. This was where her passion for Fused Glass was ignited. On her return Sarah decided to share her knowledge and passion by running workshops in Lancashire and Yorkshire, with the sole aim to make glass fusion accessible and fun. As her students returned and developed she has made her studio an open studio for glass artists to continue working in fused glass. But Sarah didn’t stop there by delivering introduction fused glass to all generations starting from 4 years old. Sarah holds workshops with Rainbow, Brownie, Girl Guides, Hen Parties and Celebrations to WI and has a student coached for the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Sarah also completes commissions in the UK and Europe. Her studio is based in Scotton Nr Knaresborough North Yorkshire.
